… is an up and coming documentary photographer with an eye for capturing the authenticity of life. His work draws attention to the beauty of the world around us, in extraordinary and mundane moments alike. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Eden draws inspiration from the nostalgia of his family and home. He attended the University of California, Berkeley, completing a degree in film and art history. His education shows its influence in his ability to compose images that look like dreamy, artistic movie stills. During his time in the San Francisco Bay Area, he developed his unique style and honed his technical skills by shooting for several magazines, taking jobs as a freelance photographer for concerts and other private events, as well as working on his own personal projects. His work was awarded an honorable mention in the 2023 Whalebone Magazine Photo Contest in the film category and was published in their print issue. Eden is well versed in digital photography, but has a special affinity for the process of shooting on film and its sole outcome. His work is made possible by the use of his Hasselblad (medium format, film) and his two Leica cameras (full-frame, digital and film).
